These projects include MOS devices employing a high-k dielectric, cu-chalcopyrite based photovoltaic devices, as well as GaN transistors and P3HT organic polymer transistors. These projects require design, fabrication, and materials and electrical characterization. Through CIAN our goals can be met timely and efficiently by relying on the knowledge, expertise, and facilities of our partner institutions.
